The most underrated exercise is.....


WALKING!!!!!


We all know that there are things that will have a huge impact on our overall results and lifestyle, but we don't always practice these habits. Walking should be part of every person's daily routine. Small as it may seem, it makes a large impact overall.


One thing to focus on is to set a step goal. Whether that is in my coaching app here with 1st Phorm, or if you have an app you are already using or like and then doing your very best to stick to that each and every day as part of your personal power list. Walking is one of the most underrated forms of exercise, but it has such a positive impact on people's results, mindset and everyday lives!


*FEELING STRESSED?

Walking helps release endorphins which in turn stimulates relaxation.

*WANT TO IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH?

Walking is a great way to burn calories and can help your weight loss goals. (It is also really good for your heart health.)

*FEELING BLOATED AFTER A MEAL?

Walking helps food to move through your digestive system and can provide relief from feeling full or bloated.

*IF YOU HAVEN'T EATEN ENOUGH TO FUEL A PROPER WORKOUT?

Walking can help you move your body just the same. Do not overtrain your body and undereat! Just go for a walk on those days.


There are many physical and mental health benefits to walking. If walking is not a part of your daily routine, I would highly encourage you to find a way to start incorporating it into your day! Especially for those of you that get those amazing 4 seasons in each year!


Walking can be done almost anywhere and at any time of the day so take advantage of this wonderful, low impact form of exercise to improve your overall health!
